We are first time home buyers looking to move across the state. So obviously we can’t be there for every open house or showing and will need a realtor to help us out. How do top notch realtors handle this situation? I want to know what to expect from excellent realtors so if I get any sense of laziness I will get a new realtor. In my price range and in this market, there is no time to waste.
How long from my phone call/email should I expect my realtor to respond and be at the house for a virtual tour? (What app is best or most common to use for video calling?) I’ve seen some homes go pending in less than 2 days from being posted… How do I vet a realtor and let them know I expect urgency? How many clients is too many for a realtor to handle while providing urgency for all? For example: If a realtor is currently assisting 11 clients, I should definitely find someone else.
Any tips on what to look for in the highest quality realtor is appreciated!
