Hello ya’ll! I hope everyone is having a great day. I have a question, Parents retired and left the country but still have a house in TX, Market value is at 200k and parents willing to sell it to me for 100k. How do i handle this situation? I am currently in the military and overseas. never owned a home but i would love to buy the house. How would this work? What would i do and should do? What would be the easiest route since they’re my parents and they’re ok to doing whatever or waiting for the funds. Thank you!
