What is the average minimum you should have before you buy a duplex?

Basically- I’m a first time home buyer in PA. I’d like to do an FHA loan. Have a great credit score and a stable 9-5 making 65k but since I had a lot of student debt, I’ve been paying that off which has left me with 10k in savings. If it wasn’t obvious, I am looking to live in one half and rent out the other. I have no real estate experience (clearly lol). I realize I need more and of course it’s better to have the most possible but I’m just trying to find a “goal savings amount” to aim for before I start actually looking and buying. Let me know if I’m missing any details!
