What exactly does turnkey mean?

My realtor is suggesting us to fix our place up so we can list it as turnkey at a premium. My concern with this is I would consider turnkey to be in mint condition. Our place is very nicely maintained but it’s old. The biggest concern is our doors. They are 1950s original so they are loud to close, need to be shove closed, one is sagging, etc. I have no idea how to fix it, and it seems costly is replacing the doors. I supposed it’s turnkey in the sense it has doors that open and close. Thoughts?
