Does the market currently get taken into a factor of a appraiser going higher?
The house I’m getting is listed at 295k and I offered 325 and got it ! However I want to see what appraisers look at to build the value of it to get the appraisal return towards 325k
This house has a brand new roof. New floors hardwood. Granite. Stainless steel. All that. So wondering if that helps
