We found a slow leak just before we closed on our house in June. We requested the sellers to pay for a plumber to check on the leak. My realtor ended up offering to pay for it. ($250)
She then helped us sell our (older) house in August, and we closed two weeks ago. She has not given us the check. She said the title company forgot to add it into the closing document when we were closing on our house.
How many times should I remind her? Do I contact her broker? Should I burn the bridge and leave a bad google review?
