Seems like Streeteasy has everything nowadays. Zillow is good but doesn’t seem to ever include the HOA / maintenance fees and property taxes. I’ve seen a few Facebook groups that seem to mainly focus on Brooklyn. Are there any that people think are good, specifically for Manhattan? Especially ones that are more owner-based.
