I’m nervous about not being able to provide any value, considering I’m brand new to the industry. I have a good team behind my back willing to not let anything fall through, but I’m still brand new to it all. Also, what is your preferred method of introduction? Should I cold call? Email first? Go to Open houses? I’ve heard two great options so far:
Find a way to self-source leads, then use these to send to a realtor who is willing to send you theirs.
Contact realtors offer to do their files that their lender wasn’t able to qualify or complete.
