What are some fun real estate-related words and phrases?

I toured a few potential investment properties last week and my broker mentioned a few phrases in passing that I really enjoyed. Now I’m looking to improve my lingo. What’re some of your favorite real estate words/phrases/idioms?

– Anchor tenant: The largest or most prominent store in a retail location, can be used to attract tenants to other units
