Approved in every other aspect, except we don’t currently have a housing expense & lease. The underwriters claim it’s required. All that money wasted, just to hear we can’t close because we don’t have a contract with someone else.
It should be illegal to deny someone the right to housing, based solely on the fact that they don’t have housing already.
