We have an inspection on Monday for a house we’re purchasing. We’ll be present, so is there anything we should do/not do while there?

As the title says, we’re under contract to buy and our inspection is Monday. Both a regular inspector and pest control will be present.

This is our second purchase; our first was a few years ago and i remember it was good we were present since the inspector indicated he wasn’t allowed to touch the furniture/wall hangings for liability but we could shift things around to make sure the seller wasn’t hiding anything.

This house is vacant so that’s not a concern… I just want to maximize the value of both us and the inspectors being there. Any recommendations of what we should do or not do to make the most of our time there?

FWIW, we’re located in Florida.
