Walk through happened on an as is home. Contract stated sold as is. Contract stated Seller was still removing personal items from home pre-closing but occupany given at closing.
During walk through 24 hours before closing, Buyer decided excessive personal items remained. Now claiming that as valid reason to back out of contract.
Nowhere in contract was it stated all had to be cleared. It was as is.
How the heck did he get his way on that, any ideas? Makes zero sense to me.
