We bought a new build which will be ready by mid September possibly before.
Currently renting a single family home and the lease ends on August 1st. I have not been in this position before so my questions are:
When should I tell my landlord? I’m assuming before they send an extension offer.
Is it common to ask in these situations for just a 1-2 month lease extension till escrow closes and we get keys?
