Does anybody know any Dutch lenders who’ll set up a mortgage on a Dutch property with a US resident/US taxpayer?
I plan to move back in the future, I just want to soak up some cash in the US first. I’ve got good cash reserves to put down a significant portion of a sale price. I’m not currently registered in the Netherlands.
