Offer accepted 6/3 and inspection done on 6/8. Terms agreed upon on 6/13. 6/15 we received a “memorandum of sale” which I guess is like a pre-contract?… it listed the newly agreed upon terms. Mortgage lender is asking for the contract, we don’t have it yet so getting anxious. Is this timeline normal? First time homebuyer here, hoping for the contract soon to get the next steps done and be done with this 🙂
