I had a situation come up. Something onsite could not be moved until Friday. She has been passive aggressive and only texting not talking.
I would like to fire her for another agent within her company but I imagine that would torpedo my sale and have legal ramifications.
Am I just stuck with a bad agent? I worked the situation out with the onsite manager
