I need some guidance relating to one of my clients.
I know them for a while and they want to buy very high value house. They’ve been looking for about 3 years already so they know what is available, style of construction, price range per location etc.
I’ve sent them many links of properties and 90% response was “seen it” but I did find them some that I scheduled a viewing. First house and for the first time they said it felt homey and they loved everything. Only thing they would change is knock down one wall(small job to do). They wouldn’t stop talking about it on our way to the next viewing(we were together in the car). He is very outspoken so I knew he wasn’t just being nice. Now I’m getting messages, kind of forcing a reply or at least an offer from the showing agent but I want to wait a bit. I’ve sent them a message to think about this house over the weekend since they were very excited about it and we can have a chat about it soon. We have 2 more viewings next week but honestly messages and emails! from the other agent are bugging me. I feel I have to treat this very carefully and not pressure them into a decision.
Any suggestions for me? Any additional questions I should ask? I am confident I can see their vision of their perfect house but an idea of possible question from you guys can never hurt.
