The student housing division of national homebuilder Toll Brothers has formed a partnership to build an apartment project near Florida International University in Sweetwater.
The Horsham, Pennsylvania-based developer (NYSE: TOL) plans the project on the 1.72-acre site on the southeast corner of Southwest 110th Avenue and Southwest 7th Street.
