I am refinancing my house and have the appraisal tomorrow. I am in Oregon.
i have a fully functional toilet installed in my garage. It’s not a traditional toilet, its not bolted down and uses a special process to grind up everything and send it through a 2 inch pipe.
is this gonna be an issue for the appraisal? I can’t find anything on this online and am wondering if anyone knows something or has any insight if this will be a problem.
