Hi, we are selling our condo unit, it’s our first property and have no experience selling. We had multiple visits this week-end and were supposed to receive all offers (if multiple offers was received) this evening at 18h.
Our broker just called my wife, I am at work right now, and he said we will receive shortly an offer with a very short acceptance deadline. I am a little bit confused, I imagine it’s because the person/broker want’s us to see his offer first and don’t have the opportunity to see the others offer. It sounds a little bit fishy to me.
What are your thought on that? I havn’t seen the offer yet, so I don’t know if its going to be a good price/conditions, but by principle I am inclined to refuse the offer even if the price is decent so we can at least see multiple offers. (Unless it’s much higher than we expected/wanted)…
