Hello all, recently I finished going through the school and will be applying for the state exam. In the middle of school, I learned about how I shouldn’t expect health care benefits being that I am practically running my own business. It’s devastated me, but I’m not terribly shocked as if you don’t sell, then you can’t expect to be getting anything. I also live in Hawaii and the market is extremely competitive. I understand very very few people can expect to live exclusively off being a RE agent.
So I am wondering, what are the options out there besides being an agent? I know about being a residential manager, which I want to try avoid. I understand it’s prob the most stressful side to it. What are other possibilities out there?
