I was under the impression that Austin had a huge run up in prices bouyed by tech companies moving there.
I am generally of the mindset that a correction is coming but thought Austin may have a new normal due to Tesla relocating there .
Now that
There stock is down a ton (40% YTD)
They are planning on laying off 10% of the workforce what does this mean for the boarder Austin market.
Not quite sure on the geographic concentration of employees so curious on thoughts?
