After 8 months of virtually no houses under $300k, (pop 44k, median income 45k) my county suddenly has like 10. Two are in the main town (a condo and a fixer upper.) The rest are in the outlying “bedroom communities.” There’s even one with a new roof and water heater asking 180k. (950 sq ft.)
They have all posted since last weekend. What crazy magic is this? Could people be trying to sell before the moratoriums expire?
