Hello, new to real estate. Selling my house, hasn’t hit market yet, and an interested buyer said she had always loved the house and wanted to come see it with her husband and that they’re very very interested. She said we would just need to hire a lawyer or realtor to do the paperwork. What’s the advantage and disadvantage of this?
