Im having trouble with how long my buyers are taking. When we purchased our home a month ago, we answered and replied and signed within the hour. Our two bidders (one fell out) have been so slow. We just had the inspection, they asked for four items to be fixed, we offered a concession… why would that take more than a few hours? More than a few days to say yes or no? Its only $2500 of work. My realtor says they have 5 days to respond. My fear is that they get the appraisal back Monday, and even though the waived it, they pull out based on ‘inspection’ when in reality its the appraisal?
