Situation – Buyer/Seller screwing the realtor out of compensation

I have a client. She has been a buyer/seller client of mine since May 2021. We do not have a listing agreement and she only signs a buyer agreement when she puts in an offer. Her plan, since we’ve been working together, has been to buy a home before she sells her current home because she doesn’t want to have the contents moved into storage should the transactions not coincide with each other. During this time I have advised her on various iterations of selling first vs buying first and numerous discussions on pricing of the home she wants to sell. I have shown her more than 50 properties and have submitted multiple offers to purchase. The offers have been lost for various reasons, i.e., cash offers, higher prices, waived contingencies. Also she has terminated two accepted offers ($805k and $625k). She has now (after 15 months) informed me that she found a buyer (through her lender) who will pay $730k cash for her house (I sold her the house for $550k in 11/2020) and she doesn’t need me (or any realtor) for the transaction.

What are my legal rights, as a realtor looking for just compensation, in this situation?
