Were selling a home and had an offer of lets say 1.1million. We will not take 1.1, only 1.5million. So broker got the buyer up to 1.5mil and wants us to sign. When we looked at the contract it had an addendum with full price being 1.5mil but below is the original contract offer for 1.1mil.
Is it safe to sign the addendum showing the new price of 1.5 but original contract that shows 1.1mil or should we have the broker redo the whole contract with 1.5mil shown for every page?
