Should i still make an offer?

Im looking at a house in NH asking 340,000 roughly its a nice big house 2100sq ft with a garage and a little bit of land. build in the 1800s. problem is everything in the house is from the 50’s. laminate flooring, likely abspestos, lead paint, draw string windows. panel walls with horse hair plastar, every inch of wood trim on the exterior is flaking. jumping up and down on the second floor has revealed some shaky flooring, although the first floor is steady. ah yes and nearly all original wiring with fuses. and of course no AC to speak of. the house is old and big but god i dont think its worth anything near what they are asking. similar properties 100 years newer on the street are selling for 360-410k. what would u bid? or would u avoid it altogether as just too much work? im a first time buyer btw :/
