Should I do Dual Agency with my Realtor as a home seller?

Just met the Realtor I am going to sign with to represent me to help sell my $300,000 house. 4.5% commission. If I allow her to work with me as Dual Agency, she would only charge me 3.5% if she brings a buyer that she represents under Dual Agency, saving me $3,000 (1%) in commission. Should I agree to Dual Agency, an option, not required, or should I just stick with having her as my sole agent, my Seller Agent and just stick with the 4.5% commission?
