Hey guys, we got an accepted offer from the owner of the house and is about to go into contract by end of week and then it’s in the hands of the bank. We did inspection and got all our estimates for renovations etc.
Any red flag and questions we should watch or ask for before going into contract? Anything to be aware when getting the lawyer (our layer did a short sale) since I hate surprises. We also have to put like 5% when we go to contract before even know the bank will approve it.
