Hey All! I have the opportunity to purchase two separately deeded “tandem” parking spaces in my condo parking lot. Before the condo assoc. put up a fence years ago, the back car accessed the spot from the alley. If the two spots are individually deeded without an explicit easement – would I have grounds to ask the association to create an egress for the spot blocked in by the fence? Both deeded spots are taxed w/ individual condo fees. The tandem nature prevents “explicit use” and in a city where parking spaces can be rented for $200+ and sold for $50k each, the fence is incredibly limiting.
