Selling FSBO with a buyers agent commission question (NE Ohio)

So we are in the process of starting to sell our home without an agent. We are using Houzeo for the flat fee MLS listing & the showing time service, that is still pending approval. However.. we manually put up the Zillow listing (link to listing)just to get it out there, and I’m getting ton’s of calls from agents wanting to list it for me (many promising the moon lol).

I mention to them that at this time we are just trying to sell by owner and that we are offering a 2.5% buyers agent commission. Most of them seem very put off by this.. I guess I don’t understand how everyone could only be wanting to sell… I mean are there no agents who have buyers lol? So… should I give up and go with an agent… or stay the course and wait for the MLS to go live?

I mentioned to some of them that I have another rental property that I’m also considering selling and that I would be more willing to give that listing to an agent who can prove to me they can do something by finding me a buyer for this property. Am I going about this all wrong?
