We closed on a house in upstate NY a few weeks ago and just moved in this week. The listing stated that the house had central air, but when we went to turn the AC on the other day, we realized there was actually no AC.
I know this is something that we should have caught before putting in an offer/closing on the house, but just wondering if we now have any recourse at this point now that we are post-close.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
