Sellers Attorney won’t respond. NYS, gave 120+ day close

Signed the contract in late January for a June 1st close date. Sellers agent contacted us in March that there would possibly be an additional delay for them to close on another house. But our contract wasn’t contingent on them finding another house. They mentioned that they will delay the close if need be through unethical tactics. The sellers agent and their attorney, have been non communicative since and we have now passed the closing date and our interest rate lock is about to expire.

Everything is good to go with our attorney and mortgage broker, we just need to sign to get this close.

What options do we have?
