Did walkthrough, hot tub was there. Looked like it had been moved from original location so contacted seller agent to confirm hot tub was staying as was expected, speculation on the movement was for cleaning. Well we closed the next day, got our keys and low and behold hot tub is not there. Do we have any avenue for restitution for this? We would have held up closing if it was not there at final walkthrough and negotiated as it should have been included.
