So I’ve been engaged with an agent to sell my house. We’re working on disclosures now and planning to set up staging and photography in a couple of weeks. The place is not listed yet.
My agent has helped with advice and such, but has not done the heavy lifting yet I would say.
I was speaking to my friend and he’s interested in potentially purchasing my place.
What would you do about the selling agent fee if I end up selling it to my friend (he won’t have a buyers agent)?
