Redfin associate agents

About 9 months ago, someone here sent me a list of the payments you’ll get for each type of transaction you complete as a Redfin associate agent. Unfortunately I can no longer access the location it was sent to.

I’m in the Columbus OH market, could someone send it to me again, please?

I’m still contemplating getting out of property management because of the stress and getting my realtor’s license just so I can do this. I really need to have my own schedule but very little stress so I can take a few years to decompress from my current career and figure out what I really want to do in my next career.

The real estate market is hot here in Columbus, but I haven’t seen any recent ads for Redfin hiring associate agents in my area. Does anyone have any insider information on how frequently they hire and if there’s usually a need for these? I’m just afraid I’d spend $2k on getting my license and then not be able to get hired and then it’s wasted.

(I know that most people will say not to bother getting a license just to be a show agent. I get it. It sounds crazy, I know. But I do have my own reasons in the end. It’s not going to be my only source of income, but I would need it to be a very large part of it, at least half.)

Thanks so much!
