Is there any recourse that can be done if a constructor gives you the keys to your new purchased condo but doesn’t have your private terrasse ready to use ? I‘ve been left almost three months without access and I can only open a tiny window for fresh air. I’m worried that it might not even be done over the summer because of all the delays. The terrasse is part of the unit plan and was not ready when I got the keys. Can it be considered a breach of contract of some sort?
