I own ~30% equity on my home. Rest ofcourse owned by bank and I have monthly payments for my 30y loan.
Can I sell my home in all-cash offer, keep the cash, invest it as I please? Do I have to repay the bank the principal when I sell the house? Is there a way I can keep the mortgage live. I am financially capable of paying for rent of future home and my monthly installments for the loan. I just want to keep the cash.
