Realtors, what is the best and worst part of your job?

Hi Realtors,

I’m in the midst of a career transition out of marketing in the not-for-profit sector and considering studying to be a realtor, specifically in Ontario and Quebec. I’m looking for an honest snapshot of the industry beyond the pretty picture presented on reality TV. Does a career in real estate have longevity? How’s the pay and job security? Is the work life balance pretty even? Do most clients treat their agents humanely? Any thoughts or comments are welcome!
