Hi all, we are in the market for a SFH and we’re made aware of a potential house whose owners are undergoing a relocation. What we are trying to understand as buyers is how the process works? In my internet googling of government relocations, it’s unclear who is actually going to be selling the home – the owner or relo company. We were debating on whether it would be worthwhile to reach out early. We also didn’t know who would be making the final decision on offers, the current owners or relo. Any help would be appreciated!
