Question on offering “forgo contingencies” (Bay Area, CA)

We purchased a home (Bay Area, CA) after the inspection report came back with essentially all good stuff – minor cosmetic issues but after that, we put a “forgo contingencies” in our offer (based on the report). Turns out it appears the “inspection” was a lie and there are some structural issues. Does this mean we are screwed and have to fix this ourselves? We based our “forgo contingencies” in our offer on the inspection report that was done which was clearly a scam. Wondering what our options are here.

Thanks for any insight.
