Here is the deal, applied for a mortgage and got approved for X amount of money. Was told by the bank that , we should not pass that X amount of money due to expenses I have . I don’t have a car payment or another mortgage but only credit cards that I pay in full on time. Do you think if my credit card expenses go down, if I can get higher loan? Thank you !
