Closing on a house Thursday. Listing clearly stated kegerator and wine fridge in bar area. Seller even asked about us leaving the kegerator (through their realtor). Did our walk thru and both were gone. We offered to let them have them if they subtract $500 from what we had offered to buy other personal items for. Our realtor says “they’re taking a hard stance” and not wanting to return them. Our realtor didn’t write them into the deal and therefore thinks we may not be entitled to stay but the kegerator was clearly built in leaving a hole in the bar and a bare space where the grate was. I think since they were included in the listing they should stay but our realtor doesn’t necessarily seem to agree. Are we entitled to them? On top of all this I’m pissed because we scheduled our walk thru and they still had a bunch of stuff in the house.
