Purchasing furnishings on home in another state…

We are closing in a couple of weeks on a home in another state. I am very familiar with the area and had nearby family members do the walkthrough with us on FaceTime. We agreed to purchase the furnishings from the seller. Recently my brother drove by to take some outside pictures for me. My wife had asked him about some furniture on the back porch and he said he did not see the furniture there. So we kind of assumed that what was in the pictures was what we were buying – is this not the case? I’m not sure if the seller posted old pictures of the place and the furniture was remove before we signed or if he went in after and removed them. The seller’s been kind of an odd guy and I’d hate to stir something up by asking about them this close to closing.
