Purchasing a home no zestimate

I’m purchasing a home in Gilbert AZ (Phoenix area) closing on the 16th of June, I was hoping to get a gauge of where the property should be valued as the seller listed way to high and the purchase price ended up being $200k below that, although still seems potentially too high. It appraised at the purchase price but a number of homes just came on market in the neighborhood with list price around where I am paying but some are nicer. Zillow and Redfin both don’t have an estimate even though plenty of homes in the area have sold and all homes not on the market have an estimate. Why is that? is there another algorithm site where a number might ballpark a homes value?
