Property Line Dispute

Closing escrow in 10 days. In the updated disclosure I received yesterday it states rear neighbor is claiming the previous owners (1st owners) cut into his property. I’m currently buying from the second owners. This issue is still not resolved. I later received a contingency removal form. Of course physical attributes of the property was not highlighted.

I have not signed either . I’m in California.
