We recently found a house on MLS and called sellers agent to inquire. We were referred to the owner to make an appointment for showing, which we did. Seller was reluctant and said that they have so many offers already, but we wanted to see it anyway. Upon arrival seller just didn’t open the door and when we called her she said she has too many offers and if we wait 15 minutes she would clean up and show us the house, so we just left. Ok so we understand this person is awful for making the appointment and then not opening the door. Yet 4 weeks later the house is still available on MLS. Is this some type of new sales tactic to drive up prices or is this person just odd and awful?
