Opendoor Repair Fee’s Question

I have started to look into selling my home as it has more than doubled in value. I have a few realtor friends and quite honestly not sure what value they could possibly bring me beside facilitating the deal. I’ve gotten offers from OpenDoor and it’s looking like the way to go. The question I have is what do they really mean by repair fees? I’ve lived in this house for a while, there’s probably 2-3 minor holes in the drywall that need to be patched. Other than that all new appliances, perfect A/C, etc etc. Not really much things to repair here. Would they see the holes and then quote me 12k in repairs basically is my question? I can fix this stuff up for less than 60$ myself just wondering what “repair fees” really means. Also what was your experience with opendoor as a SELLER! Thanks
