I’m currently on a real estate team and am working with OJO with my current agency. I’m wondering if I were to leave my agency, would I be able to maintain my relationship with OJO still? Are we able to work as individual agents directly with OJO?
Also, if you transfer to a new agency, does your relationship with OJO continue as it previously was? So in terms of your hierarchy in the queue and how many clients OJO pushes your way due to your success rate. Hope this makes sense! Ha.
